RE- Protection (lesson 4)

LO: (Contextualise) I can describe how protection is expressed by Hindus in the festival of Raksha Bandhan. 

Today we learnt about the Hindu festival of Raksha Bandhan, this festival celebrates the love between siblings. Generally the sister will give her brother a rakhi (a bracelet) and in exchange the brother will promise to protect her. This festival is inspired by an event that happened to the Hindu God Krisna who promised to protect his sister.
