English- Creating characters

 Today, Year 3 were creating their own characters based on The Blue Umbrella. Instead of umbrellas we mind mapped the different items we could write about instead. We had scarves, gloves, hats and even wellies! Once we had chosen our items, we drew them in our books and came up with amazing adjectives to describe their looks and personality.
